    • Purchases: If an item purchased through the platform is defective, damaged, or not as described, a refund may be issued upon approval.
  2. Non-refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
    • Services that have already been delivered or fulfilled.
    • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
    • Donations or payments made for community support or contributions.
  3. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rimlocals.com with the following information:
    • Your account information (name, email address, and username).
    • A description of the purchase or service you are requesting a refund for.
    • The reason for your refund request.
    Once received, we will review your request and notify you of the outcome. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription, membership, or any service purchased through the Rim Locals platform at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the subsequent period. However, no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
  2. Event or Service Cancellations: For events or other services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or service will not be refunded.

Refunds for Canceled Services

If you cancel a service or subscription that is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund will be processed according to the guidelines set forth above.

Changes to Services or Subscriptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services or subscriptions at any time. If we cancel a service or subscription, we will offer you the option of a full refund or an alternative service.
