As a Business User, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the Rim Locals platform (e.g., business profiles, images, videos, etc.), but you grant Rim Locals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for the purposes of operating the platform, promoting Rim Locals, and providing the services.

You agree that your content may be subject to the public or other users of the platform and acknowledge that we do not control the actions of other users.

6. Compliance with Laws

Business Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the platform, including those related to advertising, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer protection.

Rim Locals reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of Business Users who violate these laws or any terms of this agreement.

7. Liability Limitations

Rim Locals provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee results or specific outcomes from business services or advertising. While we strive to ensure high-quality service, you agree that Rim Locals is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including business losses, disruptions, or other negative consequences.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rim Locals and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination of Services

Rim Locals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time if we believe that you have violated any of these Business Terms or our other policies. Upon termination, any outstanding fees owed to Rim Locals will remain due and payable.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. However, any fees paid for services are non-refundable.

You are responsible for reviewing these Business Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
